Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings (including photoshoots, marketing services, or other projects).

Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been received.

The remaining 50% balance is payable on or before the day of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing

2. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled booking date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date will forfeit the 50% deposit, as this covers time and resource allocation.

If the client fails to attend or proceed with the booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a booking at least 7 days in advance.

Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

The deposit paid will be applied to the new booking date, provided the change is made within 30 days.

4. Cancellations by First Page Tech

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your booking (e.g., due to equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered:

  • A full refund of your deposit, or
  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to arrive or participate in a booked session or service, the deposit and any other payments made will be forfeited in full.
